abarnard's Easy Racers “BOBish” Tour Easy

This is my ‘06 Easy Racers “BOBish” Tour Easy. It was built up from a framset by Rick Steele at Gold Country Cyclery in Shingle Springs, CA. The paint is custom British Racing Green. I hand picked most of the parts myself, with some assistance from Rick. It’s a perfectly comfortable, reliable, and confidence inspiring bike. Thanks to Michael Wolfe (owner of the original BOBish Tour Easy), and Grant Peterson (of Rivendell) for inspiration. You can see more photos here.

Even though I traditionally give crap to recumbent riders (”hey, man, you’re laying down on the job!”), I have got to say that THAT is one classy-looking rig with a jaw-dropping spec sheet!

Nigel Smythe bags just ooze sophistication!
