1984 Trek 460 singlespeed/fixed conversion

One of the early forays into foreign production…between 1984 and 1986, Trek used a Japanese factory to manufacture several road bike models.  Those Japanese craftsmen sure were talented — the lugwork and brazing is sublime!

This is my single speed mountain bike. I built it up from a frame that PricePoint.com provided me. It’s also using a Yess Pro Full Suspension tensioner. Marzocchi Bomber with ETA, Ergon grips, KMC 6 speed chain, and all sorts of other stuff!
